Attach files to Incident Case elements

You can attach any type of files, such as saved reports, text files, saved e-mail messages, packet capture files, or screen captures to incident cases.

If you want to attach a newer version of a file, you must first remove the existing attachment from the incident case.

Steps

  1. Select Tools > Attach > File on the Data Collection tab.
  2. Browse to the file you want to attach. Select the file and click Open.
    The file is added to the Data Collection list.
