Change Access rules to allow Web Portal connections
If Web Portal connections are routed through a firewall, you must change the IPv4 Access rules in your security policy to allow them. Web Portal connections include connections to the Management Server and the Log Server as well as end-user connections.

Steps
Allow the following connections in the IPv4 Access rules as needed:

Note: Remember to adjust the NAT rules as well if it is necessary in your network setup.
