Getting started with the Web Portal
Using the Web Portal, customers of managed service providers can access information about their systems.
What the Web Portal does
The Web Portal provides restricted clientless access to logs, reports, and Policy Snapshots. It is useful for managed service providers for providing customers information about their systems. There is no software for end users to install; they can access the information using a web browser.
Limitations of the Web Portal
If Domains are configured, each Web Portal User account is always restricted to working within a single Domain. Administrators with full unrestricted accounts can select between domains after logging on to the portal if the Web Portal Server element is in the Shared Domain.
In addition to the licensed limit for the number of user accounts, each Web Portal Server has a limit for the maximum number of concurrent users.
